Design Only Services

Help with Layout

Not sure what size trailer will fit your needs? We can help you determine what it will take to accommodate all the comforts you want in your CTC.

Electrical

Whether you need 120 Volt systems or 12 Volt, we know what it takes to safely implement the electrical system that will deliver for you.
120 Volt systems can be intimidating but with the right design and guidance based on your needs you can explore the world safely and worry free.
12 Volt systems can extend the possibilities, with a properly designed system you can explore beyond the limits of needing to stay in a campground with electrical hookups.
A battery system and perhaps a solar system can open many new opportunities and adventures.

We will provide electrical wiring diagrams, including wire sizes, and a rough budget estimate.

Water

A well designed water system can help you stay out on the road longer and enjoy your adventures. Whether is it just a potable water system, or full hot and cold systems for showers and cleaning up, we can help you.
We will provide plumbing diagrams, including pipe sizes, and a rough budget estimate.

Full Design

Whether you need help with a specific system or a full design package with systems and layouts we can provide you with drawings and material lists to build the CTC to meet your needs.
This would include the design of custom systems such as a power bed lift system for example, or other custom systems to meet your needs.

Pricing

Our design pricing schedule we charge a flat fee per square foot per system, or full design services.
Each individual system is priced at $4.50/sq ft.
A full design package is priced at $11.00/sq ft.
Example: 7x14 CTC is 98 sq ft, so a single system design would cost $441.00 and a full design package would be $1,078.00

After Design Delivery

Once we have finalized your design and delivered documents, we will be available to answer questions as you bring the design to life.
Find something that doesn't quite work as you had hoped? We will help with design modification if needed to ensure your CTC turns out the way you really want.

Design/Build Services

We do not do estimates for the full build as there are far too many variables in materials, our approach is a bit different. We charge a flat per square foot fee for the labor only.
Materials may be purchased by you, or if we purchase them we add 10% to our cost.

Labor cost is based on size of the trailer, we charge $35.00/SqFt, plus a $500.00 Start Fee*. The Start Fee is due at signing in order to commence design work.

Our labor fee includes cutting in up to 2 windows or hatches that fit between existing studs.
Additional windows/hatches or any window/hatch that we need to cut framing and weld in new framing an additional charge of $250.00 for each would apply.
Any additional doors would be priced on a per install basis to be determined based on the framing of the trailer.

You are welcome to purchase your materials and have them shipped/delivered to us. We only charge the 10% on materials we purchase for you. Should you opt to have us buy the materials, simply add 10% to whatever the cost is of those items that we purchase. No materials are purchased by us without your approval, with the exception of basic hardware such as screws, plumbing pipe, connectors, etc.

Example

Let's say you have a 6x12 enclosed cargo trailer you would like to have converted to your ideal camper;
6x12 = 72 Square Feet @ 35/SqFt = $2,520.00 plus $500.00 for a total labor cost of $3,020.00 with you providing the trailer and all materials to us.

We have had requests to assist with the actual build, this is not possible for insurance/liability reasons.

Project Completion

We also include Certified Automated Truck Scale Certificates upon completion of your the build so you know exactly what your are hauling for peace of mind.
